Rishi Kapoor Death
In 2018, Rishi Kapoor was diagnosed with leukemia and sought treatment in New York City. Following a year of successful treatment, he returned to India on September 26, 2019. Unfortunately, he faced health complications and was admitted to Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital on April 29, 2020, due to breathing difficulties. Regrettably, he passed away on April 30, 2020, at 8:45 AM IST due to a recurrence of leukemia. His final rites were held at Chandanwadi Crematorium, and his ashes were immersed in Banganga.

In the 2000s, he transitioned to character roles, appearing in films like “Hum Tum” (2004), “Fanaa” (2006), “Namastey London” (2007), “Love Aaj Kal” (2009), and “Agneepath” (2012).
