Sidhu Moosewala, a Congress leader and Punjabi singer, was tragically shot and killed on May 29, 2022, in the Mansa district. Three others were also injured in the shooting. The attack occurred while Moosewala and his two friends were traveling to their village in Mansa, Punjab.
Gunshots were fired at Moosewala’s Mahindra SUV, and he was seen bleeding inside the vehicle. He was rushed to the hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead upon arrival.
