Nationality- A candidate must be either:
A citizen of India
A subject of Nepal
A subject of Bhutan
a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 intending to permanently settle in India.

IFS : Bachelor Degree as one of Subject Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology, Agriculture or Equivalent
