Expected results/impacts

Advanced authoring and editing skills for the www.hrdp-iDRM.in and www.hrdp-net.in platforms are available and responsibilities are clear
The new features are familiar and can be used
Implementation processes for the new data base and the feedback tools are known and will influence future processes of HRD

  • Contents and structure are updated
  • Support between ASEM platform manager and DMI / NIDM managers are organised
Description of contents/agenda
  1. Introduction of participants and the advanced training programme
  2. Information of the new features of the platforms in version 3.0: online presentation – examples, question and answers
  3. HRDP System Architecture – and overview – presentation
  4. Metadata: Keywords and descriptions (incl. search engine placement) – profiling of course offers - Tasks: List of keywords for Metadata, guidelines for descriptions
  5. The institution database, how to benefit from it? Profiling
  6. Questions and answers & description review
  7. Persons Data Base – new features (multiple select and duplicate check)
  8. The big next step: The Management Information System
  9. Management Information System: outlook - Task: design of a list of requirements for documentation, presentation and analysis of HRD activities
  10. Roles and user rights on the HRDP platform, especially administrator rights -Tasks: give password, import-export
  11. Keywords for the CCF, Persons and Institutions – role and function – systematise - Tasks: Key word catalogue (30 words)
  12. The institution database, how to benefit from it? Profiling
  13. Project websites on the HRDP platform
  14. Newsletter
  15. Certification of website usability
  16. New design of the HRDP site (HRDP-net and www.ecoindustrialparks.in ) – background information of a professional design with examples (good and bad) - Tasks: Change CSS and see the result (2 groups) - Collect ideas and make suggestion
  17. Discussion about the possibilities of extending the platform (as standard for HRDP management)
